Editing: Behind the scenes!

As the editor, it was my job to ensure that the overall tone and feel of the scene is consistent and as intended by our script writers and director, Chloe and Amatullah. My edits will contribute and compliment  the performances portrayed by the actors, which is why editing is a crucial step in media studies.



 My editing process for Dear Diary! I used DaVinci resolve, which is a tool I have learned to master working on the preliminary task.

Introduction- Welcome to my Media Studies journey!

  Media has always grabbed my attention—whether it’s a film, an advert, or even a simple post online, there’s always another message waiting to be interpreted. That’s what excites me about studying Media Studies at AS Level—it gives me the chance to explore how these messages are created and why they matter.
